'IMAGINATION' ACTIVITY INSPIRES STUDENTS TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX

13-02-2019

Children who imagine are more creative and confident than their peers. Spending time outdoors encourages them to think differently and develop imaginative mental narratives as they explore the world. Nature has inspired the imagination of some of mankind’s most brilliant artists. Keeping this in mind an activity called “My Imagination” was conducted for the students of grade 2. The students were asked what imagination meant to tem and what all they imagine in their dreams. The emphasis was on to make them think about what they can imagine out of box. This was first conceptualised in words then the students drew them. They also presented their imagination sheet in front of class. It was a wonderful experience to see how far they can imagine.

APPRECIATION DAY: ACKNOWLEDGING THE SKILLS, TALENTS & VICTORIES

13-02-2019

‘Do something special to thank the ones, Who’ve made a difference to you.
But don’t forget to thank them again, For everything they do.’
There’s nothing more precious than the feeling that we truly matter - that we contribute a unique value to the whole, and that we’re recognised for it. Appreciation makes us feel safe, which is what frees us to do our best work. It’s also energising. This exercise builds self-esteem ,motivates people to do better, shows people that you care and makes people happy. Keeping this in mind, we recently organised an ‘Appreciation Day’ where our most talented learners were acknowledged for their extraordinary achievements in various domains at Intra School and Inter School levels. Such an act would lift the spirits of our young achievers and spreads positivity.
